Becoming More You

Trauma-Informed Support for Women in Midlife

Women in Midlife
You've done the work. The therapy, the reflection, the self-awareness.

Maybe it wasn't one thing.

Maybe it was a health scare, a relationship ending, a family changing shape all in the same year… everything shifting at once, until you didn't know which piece to hold onto first.

Or maybe nothing dramatic happened at all.
Just years of therapy, years of trying to understand yourself, years of talking about the same patterns… and still, somewhere underneath it, nothing has really moved.

You've done the work.
And still, some mornings, the same old fear is waiting for you.
The same bracing.
The same quiet sense that you're managing your life rather than living it.

This isn't a failure of insight.

It's a sign that understanding was never going to be enough on its own.
Something in you has been ready to change for a long time.
It just hasn't had the container to do it in.

This is where that happens.

Restore coherence.
Become the woman who no longer
lives from old patterns.
Feel safe in yourself, and become the steady authority in your own life again.

This is not a programme about doing more.

It is about something finally reorganising at a level that thinking alone cannot reach.

Held online over six months, Becoming More You is a trauma-informed 1:1 container where you are met exactly where you are, at a pace your nervous system can integrate.

There is nothing to force here.

If You've Already Done The Work

Many women arrive here after years of therapy, personal development, or self-reflection.
And yet something still feels unresolved.

Old patterns resurface. Fear overrides clarity. Relationships feel harder than they should.
This does not mean you have failed.

It often means your nervous system has not yet fully reorganised.

This work supports that reorganisation ~ deeply and safely.

Investing in me is the best gift I have given myself. I would highly recommend Delyth without a doubt. She is passionate and amazing at what she does, and it shines through.

What This Work Supports

In six months, we go beneath the surface. Into what has really been going on.
What I have found over the years of working with women at this depth is that it usually takes six months.
Not because the work is slow. Because real change needs room to breathe.

Six months allows for holidays, for integration, for the moments when you need a little more space before the next session. It gives enough time for something significant to shift, and then settle into your body, your responses, your sense of who you are.
Not just understood. Actually embodied.
A new identity that is genuinely yours.

This work addresses what is held underneath:

  • Subconscious and emotional patterns held since childhood.

  • Attachment dynamics and relational triggers.

  • Nervous system dysregulation and survival responses.

  • Fear-based decision-making.

  • Self-abandonment and inner criticism.

As coherence returns, clients often describe:

  • Responding differently in moments that used to trigger them.

  • Feeling more settled in their relationships.

  • Making decisions with clarity rather than second-guessing.

  • A quiet steadiness where there used to be tension.

  • Trusting their own sense of what is right.

This is not always comfortable work. It is, however, embodied, and lasting.

This work unfolds in spirals, not straight lines.
Often we revisit themes at deeper levels, not because you are going backwards, but because your system is ready to integrate more.

Many women tell me they have been doing the work for years, yet only within a steady container does something truly reorganise.

Real change requires repetition, safety, and time.

This is why six months matters. This is why twelve sessions matters.
And this is why this work is especially relevant for women in midlife, when old patterns surface with new intensity and the old ways of coping finally stop working.

The changes I experienced have been to my core, and effortless. Taking a break for now as I need to fully integrate this new version of me.

Abi's Story

2022 was the year I finally began to change my life.

It feels strange writing that, because I had been going to therapy and having coaching on and off for the past fifteen years. Fifteen years of talking about my problems, my childhood, over and over. Always talking, but never healing.

A friend told me about a session she'd had with Delyth, and that it had been powerful. It wasn't an easy decision to enrol. I'd been promised the world by coaches before and stayed stuck. But after talking to Delyth, I knew I was being called to work with her.

At the time, I was stuck in a cycle with my partner, desperate to be loved while he stayed emotionally unavailable. Session by session, we reintegrated parts of myself that had been lost. Reparented my inner child. Released abandonment issues I hadn't named before. Repaired my relationship with my parents.

After six sessions, I knew I had to complete the full programme.

By the end, I was a completely different person. My sense of self, my self-worth, my awareness, my sense of purpose, all transformed. Decades-long patterns ended.

If this resonates with you: healing is possible. You don't need to stay stuck.

Soon after completing the programme, she met the love of my life. I was honoured to be at their wedding in 2024.

Client Story

My life was falling apart on every level when I began.
A serious health diagnosis.
My relationship ending.
My son moving to Australia.
Selling my house.
A loss of purpose I couldn't name.

In six months, working with Delyth, I made leaps and bounds with my health. I found my purpose and passion, which had been within me the whole time, I just hadn't recognised it. I made peace with the loss of my relationship, and with relationships from further back too. I forgave myself, and let go of guilt and grief I didn't even know I was still carrying.

I sold my house effortlessly and moved to a peaceful new home. And my son made a surprise visit from Australia for my birthday.

Delyth enfolds you in unconditional love and support. She guides you, holds your hand between sessions, and reconnects you with nature as a way of reconnecting with your own true nature.

Is it scary? Yes, very, at times. Is it a commitment? Yes, a huge one. Is it challenging? Yes, massively.

But at the end of it, you get to become who you are meant to be.

I am no longer fearful in life, because I now trust myself to handle whatever comes.
Thank you, Delyth, for believing in me when I didn't believe in myself.

How Sessions Are Structured

Each session is two to two and a half hours, held online.

The first part allows space for grounding, check-in, and bringing forward what has unfolded since we last met.
This is not casual conversation, it often reveals the pattern or trigger that is ready to be worked with.

From there, we move into deeper nervous system and subconscious integration work, typically sixty to ninety minutes, allowing enough time for the body to settle and reorganise safely. Anything shorter would feel rushed.

Sessions are held weekly or fortnightly depending on your chosen payment structure, with flexibility for holidays or when additional integration time is needed.

This pace supports sustainable change rather than intensity.

I was stuck in my head, trapped in repeated negative cycles. Delyth helped me drop into my heart space and guided me with a gentle, firm, loving hand. I’m now equipped with skills to navigate life in a much better way.
— Faith

Investment

Becoming More You is a twelve session private container.
Each session is two hours, held online.
This is not surface-level support.
It is identity-level reorganisation held over time.

You will need to have funds available to invest at this level.

Women often describe this as one of the most meaningful investments they've made in themselves, not because it was easy, but because it changed the way they relate to their lives.

Payment options are available over six months.

I work with a small number of women at any one time, to ensure this container remains steady, resourced, and deeply held.

This work improved my sense of peace within, and had a positive ripple effect into my relationships. I’m changed for the better. There is an inner freedom and liberation.
